The Seaboard Building was designated a National
Historic Landmark in 2002 and
is located in the heart
of downtown Seattle.

Vintage Design
Rising above Westlake Center,
the Seaboard Building, with its beautiful terra cotta facade, was constructed in 1907 as the
Northern Bank and
Trust Building.
New Era
Today, the building is home
to a mix of urban residential city homes, creative offices and vibrant retail space.
